Warranty and Returns Policy

Faulty product returns

      If you suspect the product may be faulty or has been damaged in transit please contact us at info@yourcarmate.com.au and provide your invoice number and/or order number along with photo evidence of any issues within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

      Your product including all items in the box will be requested to be sent back to Your Car Mate HQ. Once we receive the product we will assess the fault/damage and you will be contacted via email to organize a replacement. 

      Warranty

      Your Car Mate products come with a 12 month Manufacturer Warranty, as stated in the description of each product. Any warranty claim will be directed to us at info@yourcarmate.com.au. Lodging a warranty claim must be accompanied with a receipt of purchase.

      3.1 Your car mate shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the products.

       

      3.2 Your Car Mate makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability with respect to the product or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained in the product for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

       

      Governing Law:

      These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which Tailmate is based, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

      By purchasing these products, you agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the above terms and conditions, you should not use these products.
